To join DCR, just fill out this form and submit it. Once you have submitted the form you will be taken to a page where you can pay your $10 membership fee securely online using PayPal© or you can choose to send a money order.

The basic requirements to join the Derby City Radioactives are simple:

1. You must live in Kentucky or Indiana
2. You must have your own radio equipment, this can be base, mobile, portable or any combination.
3. You must use good conduct on the air.
4. You must pay a annual due of $10

Do NOT apply if you have been convicted of a violent or sexual crime, any crime involving theft, robbery, burglary or fraud or any felony.

(Non-violent/non-sexual misdemeanors will be considered on a case by case basis)
